Refund policy

At Giftzon, most of our products are customized, so we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or personal preferences.

Returns Accepted Only If:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You provide clear photos and a complete unboxing video.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

If your claim is approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. Once your product for return is received, allow 5-7 business days for the refunds to be credited back to your bank used for purchase.

  • Used products
  • Products reported after 48 hours
  • Claims without an unboxing video
