Shipping policy
At Giftzon, we ship all orders via trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart and Amazon. Orders are processed only after successful payment.
Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days or before, depending on your location.
Adress Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order. We shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details submitted by the customer.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking receipt will be shared with you via your provided WhatsApp number or email.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
If delivery fails due to
• Incorrect address information
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Failure to respond to courier communications
In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
