- Customized products are made according to the information provided by the customer.
Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- We currently accept prepaid orders only.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Shipping
- We currently deliver only within India.
- Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product is received damaged or defective.
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
- Customized products cannot be returned for personal preference or change of mind.

Limitation of Liability
Giftzon is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
